Selective Clearing
We surgically remove invasive species (Cedar, Hackberry) while protecting desirable hardwoods like Oaks and Elms. Your property keeps its shade and value.
Transform overgrown lots into usable land. We specialize in forestry mulching, cedar removal, and right-of-way clearing for residential and commercial projects in Central Texas.
Traditional bulldozing strips the topsoil and leaves massive burn piles. Our Forestry Mulching technique is different. We use specialized drum mulchers to grind brush and trees exactly where they stand. This leaves a protective layer of mulch that prevents erosion, retains moisture, and returns nutrients to your soil.
Because the material is shredded into a fine mulch, you don't need burn permits or expensive dump trucks. The land is immediately walkable and ready for use.
Removing underbrush and "ladder fuels" (especially Cedar) creates defensible space around your home.
Preparing a lot for a foundation, driveway, or septic system requires total removal of obstructions.
Reclaiming grazing land from invasive Mesquite and Huisache allows native grasses to return.
Clearing a 10ft path along property boundaries makes installing or repairing fences affordable and easy.

It depends. If you are removing "Protected Trees" (19"+ diameter) inside City limits, yes. However, clearing underbrush and Cedar (Ashe Juniper) typically does not require a permit. We help you verify local ordinances before starting.
In areas with endangered Golden-cheeked Warblers (March-August), strict rules apply. We perform habitat surveys and can schedule work outside of nesting windows to ensure environmental compliance.
The mulch is left on-site to decompose. This acts as a natural fertilizer and erosion barrier. It creates a walkable surface immediately and disappears into the soil within 12-18 months.
